When will my disks arrive? We strive to ship as soon as possible, often within 48 hours of reciept of a completed order. Rarely originals are of such poor quality as to require extensive work to produce a quality file and must be pulled from the queue to await instructions/authorization from you. Very large orders requiring a great deal of system time will obviously take longer to complete than orders consisting of only a few frames. We will confirm receipt of your order via email, and again as soon as your order ships and we can provide a delivery confirmation number.
The fine print: Subject matter is limited only by your imagination and the law. Under no circumstances will we reproduce pornographic images, particularly, but not limited to nudity and/or sexuality involving minors. Artistic adult nudity receives far wider latitude, however we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. It is understood the artist/photographer retains the rights to their work unless they have issued a waiver. In cases of potential copyright infringement we will require you to produce such a waiver from the owner. By signing below you attest to the fact that you own, or have obtained the right to reproduce these images. Damages in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately. Upon submitting proof of such notice to us we will promptly send a replacement. Like software vendors, we cannot offer refunds for data supplied on disks once they have been opened. Should a disk prove unreadable it may be returned for replacement only. DVD format must be specified at time of order. Additional disk and shipping charges will apply to any exchanges involving a different DVD format
