When will my prints arrive? We strive to ship as soon as possible, often within 48 hours of reciept of a completed order. Rarely originals are of such poor quality as to require extensive work to produce a quality print and must be pulled from the queue to await instructions/authorization from you. We will confirm receipt of your order via email, and again as soon as your order ships and we can provide a confirmation number.
The fine print: Subject matter is limited only by your imagination and the law. Under no circumstances will we reproduce pornographic images, particularly, but not limited to nudity and/or sexuality involving minors. Artistic adult nudity receives far wider latitude, however we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. It is understood the artist/photographer retains the rights to their work unless they have issued a waiver. In cases of potential copyright infringement we will require you to produce such a waiver from the owner. By signing below you attest to the fact that you own, or have obtained the right to reproduce the work you have submitted. Due to the subjective nature of our work, and the conditions of storage/display of our prints beyond our control, our only warranty shall consist of offering a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges upon the prompt return of any unsatisfactory prints within 10 days of your receipt. Damages in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately. Upon submitting proof of such notice to us we will promptly send a replacement. Our working files are not guaranteed to be retained beyond 30 days. Should additional prints be required beyond this time the files/originals will need to be resubmitted.
