Print sizes shown are standard frame sizes, any custom size you require can be done at similar prices.

These premium photo papers are available in 11.3 mil satin or glossy and 10.3 mil matte. These are our standard photo papers referenced in our shopping carts
Canvas referenced above is Epson's stretchable art canvas.

For the small difference in cost the premium papers are the better value for most photographic projects.
Always be sure you are comparing paper of the same weight and quality when shopping for your large photo prints.

Panoramic photo prints, banners , or wide aspect art work in excess of 36" in length are priced by the running foot as shown above for files supplied with images already stitched together. If more than one panorama can be made simultainiously within the 24" wide roll they can be added at $5.00 each. Actual printed area cannot exceed 23.5" x 40'. Extremely long prints may require a 3-5 day wait.
Smaller panoramic photo prints are billed same as the nearest standard frame size print which will contain the entire image or multiple images. If we set up multiple images the same $5.00 per additional image will apply.
To avoid the layout charge for additional images feel free to set-up the print yourself at full size and resolution (180 - 300 ppi). Just keep in mind the maximum 23.5" printable area in the 24" roll width. This means any image over 11.75" in the smaller dimension will need to run separately as a new print and is billed accordingly.

If your order consists of custom sizes or layouts, larger numbers of prints, canvas prints, frames or framed prints, it is best to request e-mail invoicing through the PayPal or Google Checkout merchant services.

The PayPal button cart (old cart) is essentially limited to individual standard size prints.
We continue to include this popular method as a quick checkout option for print orders.
(PayPal membership is NOT required)

The "Automated Cart"  (new cart) now accepts direct credit card payment from registered users .
Google Checkout and PayPal Express payments are available to both registered and non-registered users.

We also have a Custom Quote Checkout driven by PayPal available where you can manually enter the order total. Please be sure you have the correct order total (incuding shipping and any applicable sales tax) before using this option. The custom Quote Checkout does not provide a detailed receipt online.

No personal checks or credit cards can be accepted for mail orders unless submitted online and cleared by Paypal.
When mailing disks or film, payment need not accompany mail orders as this can be made online after we have received your materials. In this case the form will serve to identify the owner of these materials and their requested services.
For orders consisting of film scaning for digital archiving only, please use our film scan order form instead.

All orders delivered to CT addresses must include 6% sales tax calculated on the order total including shipping charges. CT resellers must provide a copy of their reseller certificate prior to placing an order to avoid paying CT sales tax.

Standard shipping of rolled prints is billed at $6.20 for the first print and $2.00 each additional print when shipping to one address. ($6.20 per tube if specifying one print per tube or multiple delivery addresses)
Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.
If you use a P.O. Box for your regular mail delivery you must use this for your shipping address.
Other carriers and levels of service can be made available upon request.

Shipping rates may be adjusted for large print orders so please contact us for a quote.

Frame shipping is now also calculated at $6.20 for the first item plus $2.00 each additional item (ie:  If you order a single print with a frame, the shipping and handling total is $8.20)

YES, we do ship photo enlargement prints to US military addresses worldwide.
Please be sure your images are acceptable content in your destination country. Orders shipped outside the US are subject to customs declaration and inspection.

Most prints can be shipped flat at additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

This option is not available in our shopping cart and must be invoiced or ordered through our custom quote checkout.

Sizes over 16" x 20" are exceedingly costly to ship flat.
Package weight is not as much an issue where dimensional weight is used to determine shipping charges by the carrier. Our larger frame prices are already adjusted to accomodate this.

All of our large prints are made from roll fed stock. Flat shipping will reduce, but not necessarily eliminate memory of the roll. If sheet fed stock is a requirement for your larger project, contact us for a timely quote.

35mm film scans: We can scan your 35mm negatives and slides for printing or archiving on CD or DVD.
1 frame or1000, if you want to finally get those 35mm shots converted to digital we've got you covered with optical resolutions to 5400dpi with 8 or 16 bit depth when stored in uncompressed TIF format.

Editing time: $60.00/hr. (1/4hr. min.) ie: adding text, logos, multiple image layout, extensive cropping, restoration, panorama stitching, etc.

Color correction and artistic editing should be done before sending us your file for printing.

There is no additional charge for resizing, interpolation and/or cropping your photo to suit your chosen print size.

Sizes are representative of what we commonly produce. Virtually any custom size is possible within the 24" x 50' roll. Drop us a note for a timely quote on any size not listed above.

Border Requirements

Prints with the narrowest dimension greater than 23.5" require a minimum 0.25" border. You must specify border preference at time of order. Our default border is 0.25" on all print sizes.

Art canvas requires an oversize border if it is to be mounted on stretchers. 2" overage is provided in the sizes priced above. You must specify either a standard wrap (image printed at frame size) or full gallery wrap (image printed 1 1/2" oversize to wrap the image over the sides of the stretcher). Not all images lend themselves to the gallery wrap and most will look best if the subject(s) remains within the flat field. Canvas print prices do not include any mounting or required protective overcoating. Shipping for canvas prints is the same as for our paper prints above
Canvas prints should be ordered by requesting an invoice.

Art paper pricing will depend on the brand and style you choose and is generally special ordered.

We do quite a few digital art prints on enhanced matte photo paper which we try to maintain in stock at all times. If a smooth, very flat finish is what you need this is the most economical choice. Priced the same as our other premium photo papers above.

Resampling your image to suit your desired print size using interpolation techniques as required to produce a quality print.

Limited cropping if needed to match the aspect ratio of your chosen print size will also be done unless specified otherwise. A custom print size or larger and/or unequal borders are alternatives to destructive editing which should be clearly specified at time of order.

At Postersize-it all editing decisions are made by human beings. We don't leave cropping or resampling to be controled entirely by software. If we can't produce a print that satisfies us, we'll offer you alternatives rather than ship it anyway. We think this sets us apart from much of our competition, we hope you will too.

Standard size prints ordered framed with mats: we will size the image to best fit the mat opening. Framed and matted prints must be ordered at the desired frame size, not the mat opening size.

Canvas prices do not include any mounting or overcoating.
