Many fine art papers are available in cut sheets up to 24"x36" which can remain flat, from the manufacturer to your door. This is not the most economical choice however, particularly in regard to shipping larger prints.

Many possibilities exist.
We do suggest you become familiar with some of the many fine art papers available to get a feel for which ones provide the best properties for your particular project. Better art supply stores usually offer a good selection of the papers available to us for art printing.
Many artists find the very economical matte photographic paper we offer, or even the heavy satin or glossy photo papers to be a suitable medium for their work, but there are many choices available. The matte photo paper offers a very smooth, bright white, non-reflective finish, but papers offering a very subtle texture on up to those embossed with linen and other textures can be ordered to suit your needs. Availability does vary somewhat from one supplier to the next, but 3-5 days is the norm for specialty paper orders.

We will work with you to get the results you want.
If you can supply a small print which represents the colors you are looking for, all the better. We can work from this example to match subtle color changes that can be expected from one media to the next. If this is not possible or practical, we can create proofs on the paper you choose. Once we have made any necessary corrections many copies can be made with little or no variation using the same media.

Giclee is more of a marketing term than an actual process. The definition of this French word is simply "to spray" or "to squirt" in reference to the way inkjet printers place ink on paper. It is mentioned here because it has developed some conotations within the art community that cause many to believe it is a unique method.
Prints being sold under this term tend to be limited in number, often certifiably so. We can certify the number of prints we produce from a given file. These prints are often hand signed by the artist and are more often than not made on high quality fine art papers or canvas.

or even by using our paypal shopping cart, we do suggest you contact us and outline some of the details of your project first.

All digital files uploaded for printing or review are deleted from electronic storage after 30 days unless specifically asked to do otherwise.

We do offer long term storage of digital files in anticipation of future printing at our customer's request. There is no charge for such archival storage.

If we are contracted to certify a limited printing of a particular work, all digital files created for this purpose are deleted from storage immediately upon satisfactory delivery of these prints. No further prints can be made of this work by Postersize-it.
